These are great to keep around the house for your family it’s all foods you can buy at the grove store and some herbs as well. It will help get great vitamins and minerals along with helping your immune system when you are or when your not sick.

Your going to cut everything up and place it in your jars and put Apple Cider Vinegar with the Mother I recommend this:

1- 32 oz bottle will fill a 1/2 gallon canning jar.

Let this set for 4-6 wks and shake once a day.

Strain after it sits and add honey but if you have little ones under 2 can substitute honey for maple syrup.

  • Fire cider is a remedy used to help with immune strength and digestion.
  • The ingredients all have strong roots as herbal remedies, yet there is not much research to support their uses.
  • The side effects of fire cider are minimal; so, if you enjoy the drink, there’s no reason to avoid it.

You can take a spoonful of fire cider every day or at the first sign of a cold. Some people prefer to dilute the mixture with juice or use it as vinegar on a salad or drizzled over vegetables.

Less than a spoonful for kids…always talk to your doctor first before using any natural Remedies or your local herbalist.
